My wife and I have been together for five years. Through those years, she has been my constant companion in life. Though we may have disagreements every once in a while, I must say that our relationship is perfect for me. That’s why on our anniversary last week, I made sure that I will give her the best anniversary celebration to date.

I made arrangements weeks before the anniversary date and I rented a yacht where we can have dinner. Everything is ready weeks before the said date. But the problem was I had a hard time looking for gifts to give her. That’s why I am thankful to the jewelry store who suggested the pear shaped topaz pendant and the beautiful chord that came along with it. My wife loved it and our anniversary celebration as a complete success.

There are several different types of body piercings, mostly depending on the location. The most common are ear, oral, nasal, and abdominal piercings. Genital and surface piercings are less popular, but are prevalent in certain cultures and age groups. Different kinds of piercing supplies are used for different kinds of piercings. Ear piercings will include any piercings of the ear, whether a single hole, a scaffold piercing, or a weaved one. A scaffold is comprised of two holes in the ear connected with one piece of jewelry, usually a barbell.

Many cultures pierce a young girl’s ears shortly after birth, although these types of body piercings are considered gender neutral. Oral types of body piercings typically include adornment of the lip, tongue, cheek, or the area between the lip and the chin, referred to as a labret. While nearly any type of piercing jewelry can be used in oral piercings, the most popular are barbells for the tongue and studs or small hoops for the lip, cheek, and labret. In some cultures, especially African tribes, oral piercings are very common and considered a mark of beauty.

Do It Yourself Piercing

Body piercing is the practice of puncturing or cutting a part of the human body, creating an opening where body jewelry may be worn. The word piercing can actually refer to the act or practice of body piercing, or to an opening in the body created by this act or practice. There are self piercing kits available for those who intend to do their body piercing at home by themselves, or you can also choose to have your piercing done by a licensed body piercer in a piercing studio.

The reasons for piercing and not piercing are varied. Some people pierce for spiritual or religious reasons, while others pierce for self-expression, for aesthetic value, for sexual pleasure, to conform to their culture, or to rebel against it. Some forms of piercing are very controversial, especially when applied to the youth. The display or placement of piercings have been restricted by schools, employers, as well as religious groups, but this has not stopped some people from engaging in extreme forms of body piercing.

If you would want to take good care of your jewelry, then it is a must to store them in a case that is durable enough yet beautiful to go with your investments. Most of the time we would leave our jewelry wherever there is space, and oftentimes we would end up getting too frustrated because we have misplaced something pricey once again. Investing in jewelry like this is not just loose change, and that is why we need to take good care of these things or risk having to save up once again.

For these investments, having a cherry finish and burl wood jewelry box around is the best case for you. That way you can easily get your jewelry in one location, without having to look for them each time you would want to wear your jewelry. This is perfect since there are times when you need to look for the perfect piece that would match your outfit, and having them all lined up in one place allows you to just choose over what would go well with your clothes. That is simply more convenient rather than look for them in every nook and cranny in your room!

Durable Style

Cubic zirconia is a synthetic gemstone that very closely resembles diamonds. Because of its appearance and inexpensive price tag, cubic zirconia is very popular when it comes to making jewelry such as rings, earrings, bracelets, and pendants. Cubic zirconia is sometimes shortened to CZ, and you can easily find a CZ ring by checking online stores through the Internet. This synthetic gemstone is crystalline, flawless, and clear enough to rate a “D” on the diamond scale for color.

Cubic zirconia is usually colorless, but it can also be made in nearly any color, including soft yellow, which is a characteristic of some diamonds. This gemstone sparkles much brighter than crystal, and is harder than most gems, making it very durable. It also weighs around 65% more than a diamond. There is an obvious difference between a diamond and a cubic zirconia, and this is the higher dispersion rate of the latter as compared to the former. Dispersion rate refers to the ability of a mineral to split light into separate wavelengths, creating prism-like colors or “fire”.
